BabyLux takes up complete R&D works and extends already tested prototypes to the level of demonstrator, bridging the gap between research products and commercialization. International technological and market background is continuously analyzed and compared to ongoing project experimentations, both in lab and on field, in order to identify new high-potential business opportunities. During this analysis a set of key steps along the production and marketing path is considered like, for example: value-chain and supply chain structure, technology validation and market acceptance dynamics (e.g. path, time and costs to validate the technology from the scientific and medical point of view).

Analyzing all these data to develop a strategic go-to-market plan with details including:

  • intellectual property protection
  • production strategy (including the make or buy decision of each single component)
  • product marketing and sales strategy including key partnerships definition
  • tailored financing strategy plan according to growth opportunities
